How we handle it
- We acknowledge your grievance, normally within 7 working days.
- It is reviewed confidentially; anyone involved in the complaint is kept out of the review.
- We aim to share the outcome within 30 days, or explain if more time is needed.
- Serious matters, including safeguarding concerns, are escalated to the Board and, where required, to the authorities.
No retaliation
No one will be denied services or treated unfairly for raising a concern in good faith. You may raise a concern anonymously, though that can limit our ability to follow up.
